To better understand any costs associated with therapy and your financial responsibility based on your insurance plans it is strongly recommended that clients call and verify mental health benefits with their insurance companies prior to the first session. This will help with any question about what your plan covers and provide clarification to avoid unexpected costs.

Private Pay Fees

The self-pay rate for those who do not have insurance or chose to “opt out” of using insurance benefits for services: 

Intake Session (first appointment) 

$150

Standard Session (minimum 53 minutes) 

$130

Payment Policies 

Payment will be collected on the day of your session. I accept all major credit cards, HSA & FSA, cash, and check. You will be required to place a card on file in our client portal. If you do not have a valid card on file or have an overdue balance your sessions will be paused until the issue is resolved. Please reach out if there is an issue with your card so we can come up with a plan together!

Cancellation Policy 

Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours notice)

First $50, subsequent $100

No Call, No Show

$100

The card on file will be charged for late cancellations and no shows. At the therapists discretion and on a case-by-case basis these fees can be waived.

Please be mindful that when a client does not attend their scheduled session, another client was not able to use that time to engage in services and the therapist is not paid for their time.

I understand that emergencies may arise and want to ensure you understand this policy prior to engaging in services. I appreciate your understanding that sessions cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged although I try to be as flexible as possible.
